Description

Aerosol particles, bacteria, pathogens, chemical vapours, fibrous materials and more are types of pollutants that can hurt the manufacturing process in these industries. We build Portables Modular Cleanrooms that are compliant to the international organisation for standardisation (ISO) 14644-1: 2015. The ISO 14644-1:2015 standard of Portables Modular Cleanrooms are classified into different categories, from class 1 to 9
Material Aluminum
Door Finishing Powder Coated
Height 10feet
Noise 50dB
Color White
Panel Thickness 10mm
Voltage 240V
Frequency 50Hz
Power 300W
Cleanrooms can vary between different classifications when the size and level of air particulates change. The Class 1 classification is the greatest in the range and it is tested for the lowest frequency and smallest particulate size while the Class 9 classification represents the least in the range and is valued based on a higher frequency and larger air pollutants present in the cleanroom at any given time. To test Portables Modular Cleanrooms and classify them, particle counters are used to measure the Particles Per Cubic Metre (PPCMM) of the environment by size and quantity. The Particles Per Cubic Metre of an (ISO) 14644-1: 2015 Class 9 Modular Cleanroom corresponds to normal atmospheric air with contaminants >5 microns not allowed into the environment. A Class 1 Cleanroom will be designed to filter out much smaller air pollutants >0.2 and >0.1 which makes it the cleanest air enclosure in the classification range. This is an example of the requirement in using particle counters. The evaluation of Class 7 Cleanrooms focuses on an air particulate size of >0.5 with a particulate count of 352,000 at most. If this test exceeds the maximum number, the Portables Cleanroom will need to be modified and retested to meet the classification.
