Cyclic Corrosion Test Chamber is conducted to predict the corrosive behavior of material under various environmental conditions .An accelerated corrosion test chamber performs salt spray creating different environmental conditions such as Salt Fog, Salt Spray, Humid, & dry in order to simulate the effects that a material will see under real life conditions for the evaluation of corrosion resistance of finished surfaces or parts.

• Salt Solution : Exposure conditions include an electrolyte solution having 0.05 % NaCl & 0.35% (NH4)2 SO4 having solution acidity (pH) between 5.0-5.4 .
• Chamber Open-Close: Air pressure cylinder controlled.
• Humidity control: Permits selectable/programmable humidity exposure conditions from 20-95% .Controlled and displayed at the touch screen operator interface.
• Data Acquisition: Test data is stored locally on a PC. The data can be transferred to a computer for further analysis over Ethernet.
