Machine is coupled with gear box & 0.5 hp 3 phase electric motor with metallic roller which is rotating clock wise. Nylon spiral brush with small pulley rotating ant clock wise attach with combing device. Powerful suction with blower attach with 1hp 3phase electric motor to suck all fluff into the box. The top cover having 4 nylon brush with limits switch for cleaning the flock roller. Machine is attached with vibrator for rotating the flock roller & inserting into cleaning brush.
