Tyre curing is the process of transforming a green tyre, which has all of its components but no tread or form, into a ready-to-mould tyre. The green tyre is placed in a tyre press, which inflates the internal tyre bladder, causing the green tyre to push against the mould. The combination of pressure against the mould and strong heat leads the rubber to conform to the mould, resulting in the tread and sidewall lettering. The tyre curing press and its components are subjected to extreme heat and pressure during the tyre curing process.
Leveraging the skills of our qualified team of professionals, we are instrumental in offering a wide range of Tractor Tyre Curing Press.
Other Details:
Vee Seven’s Mould Cured Chamber can be powered by electricity or Steam is used for Curing of Tyres using Un- cured Rubber (Camel Back Rubber). The Casing is bonded with the Tread under the application of Pressure and Temperature for a fixed period of time inside the Chamber. The Multi Lock Closure is mechanism that ensures safety by creating a pressure tight container once curing is started. The opening of the Top half of the chamber is controlled by pneumatic double pistons. The custom made aluminium mould inside the chamber imparts the design to the rubber on the casing.
