High-temperature box resistance furnace 1450-1500 (Muffle furnace) High-temperature laboratory furnaces have the perfect design, possess many patents, the safety, reliability and practicability of which all show the best performance.
1. The highest Working temperature reaches 500-1500.
2. Adopt the patent structure of double furnace chambers and special furnace-top building technology which has the advantages of fast heating, not collapsing in over-high temperature or dropping ashes in high temperature. Use the vacuum forming technology to produce the inorganic fiber as heat preservation materials and special insulation design.
3. MoSi2 rods are set in both sides of the chamber which is easy to change
4. The furnace body is made of superior double-layer carbon steel which has the advantages of heat insulation and low temperature.
5. Designed with the following functions:
SCR controlTransformer regulating;Microprocessor PID parameter self-setting manual or automatic switch without interference over-temperature alarm temperature compensation and correction the built-in parameter password to control the furnace.
6. The heating rate is 5-15/min. There are Profile programmable periods to control the temperature to rise automatically.
7. High precision of temperature control is within 1 and over-temperature value is less than 3.
