With the increasing demand of the mineral industry, the activity was spreaded to manufacture production machines and equipment to cater the needs of the said industries with respect to both size and capacity with indigenous technology developed in house. 1985 COMPANY RE-STRUCTUREDIN 1985 the company was re-structured and converted in to a Pvt. Ltd company under Indian Company’s Act 1954. So as to act as a standalone Company in the changed environment both technically and financially.
